With my background in nursing and knowledge of anatomy and physiology, I bring a unique perspective to my yoga instruction. My classes focus on linking this understanding of the physical body with the profound mind-body connection that yoga cultivates, ensuring safe and effective practice for everyone. I enjoy teaching people how to listen to and respect their body's current needs and abilities.
